I just put up some mesh fencing around my tomato and pumpkin plants because the deer eat the shit out of everything. I planted the pumpkin seeds with my boys back in July in hopes of having some pumpkins for Halloween, and the tomatoes just started growing in our compost soil.

I've been busy over the last year planting fruit. So far peaches, blueberries, wild blueberries, raspberries, plum, sweet cherries, and currents

I don't think your thumbs will be green much longer after handling the insides of that thing.
I failed to grow a horsechestnut tree this year (waaay too shallow a pot - it's now dying in my backyard, poor thing) and my pots of parsley were abandoned weeks ago. A bit of a disaster, all told.
