      Biography

Today’s digital landscape is overwhelming. It’s enormous, intricate, crowded and in constant evolution. This means typical users often embark onto virtual journeys when they venture into the beast: new tools, new options, new rules; a true mental roller-coaster of stimulation, confusion, satisfaction and frustration.

Despite all the chaos, people stick around and continue to want more. Users are even very demanding now. They don’t want to waste time and expect us to make their lives easier. With the rise of mobility, it’s even more complicated: they want intelligent systems that provide personalized support wherever they are, whenever they need it. They expect interactive services to be in sync with their lifestyles. They seek the ultimate digital companion.

Understanding how man and system come together is therefore essential in the achievement of meaningful interactive products.

With a university degree in design, I have accumulated 15 years of experience in interactive communications. I have participated in a wide range of projects, from e-commerce solutions and online marketing initiatives to corporate and educational websites.

Now focusing on information architecture, user profiling, and usability, my strengths lie in the development of efficient, valuable, and dynamic user experiences, in respect with business and functional requirements.

My current responsibilities include leading the North American practice, participating in the development of interactive strategies, conceptualizing digital experiences, defining user profiles and behavioral patterns, creating structural models, planning user testing sessions, and overseeing a team of professionals.
