I think I learned the most from Michael from the conference. I liked all of them, but for me, this was the most influential. I had no idea what he was going to talk about, but walk out thinking, damn, that was awesome. What he says about work/life in general is so true, and so many successful people say the same thing. Do what you love well, work hard, the rest will fall into place.
