Its called hope, have some and come back regularly for a chat and to see how you're doing, this is called attention and understanding; its unbeatable" just like holistic medicine. I remember a friend taking prozac for quite some time who quite clearly simply presuaded themselves they were feeling better when really they had A. sought help B. received a glimmer of hope to grab and C. got some time with a nice doctor, away from family and pals. So yay for prozac and the placebo effect I suppose.
