monday, wednesday, friday-
racquetball for about 1.5 hours, then cardio for 50 minutestuesday, thursday-
weight lifting (this is pretty light weight lifting, it's just not my thing), and then cardio for 50 minutessaturday-
usually a longer run in the morning (between 6-10 miles)sunday-
