1 hour walk (to/from work, 5 times a week)
Gym 4 times a week:
3km run
40 min cycle
10 min cross trainer
100 situps
15mins boxing
30 lunges
30 squats
30 butterfly lifts
something with a medicine ball but i don't know what its called.
Stretch out
All usually takes me 1.5 hours.
