  It goes a lot deeper then that.

  All of your online comments on facebook, blogs, ect are all stored under your IP address for future prosecutions or arrests if you disagree with any leadership or have dissenting opinion.

  FB is changing its privacy policy again to make all content uploaded to facebook, the property of facebook that they can do as they please with. All of your FB information is sold to marketers and other forecasting companies.

  This is just a small snippet. People in Germany have actually started boycotting facebook because of the above mentioned information.
