    I like your routine panacea. I go through phases of success and failure at the gym. Trying to really stay dedicated now - better for snowboarding, looking better in the summer.

    Aside from just going to the gym - and I enjoy doing that - I'm really trying to change my diet up and eat more fruit and vegetables. Details had a good article this month about the Alkaline Diet, and benefits of avoiding acidic foods, and having more alkaline-intensive fruits and vegetables. I need to eat more of both, and stocked up at work and at home. So much better to reach for some grapes and an orange than a massive handful of Butterfingers or other crap.
