- occasionally hit steam / sauna room - YES - I do one or the other for 15 minutes after any workout.
- cut out the vodka / gin / rum / heavy beers - YES, and I'm trying to only have beer every other week. I know that will help. Can't help loving scotch and whiskey though.
- cut out a large majority of junk food - YES, really trying to focus on this.
