I hate facebook; Closed my account ..what?.. three years ago now, but I can't help but think this is just an engineer/nerd-led fantasy push by an entity that can get away with it.
That much money and that much access to smarts and networks can't help but quickly come up with something interesting.. and the competition that will soon ensue can only foster ever-quicker evolution of the eco-system.
This is the threshold moment — tech's pretty much all in place — and I sorely want to believe a tech angel's just swept in and as-near-as-can-guaranteed this shit's going to happen.
Fuck ten years - this is going to be huge in less than five.
