Last time I called (mt) they asked for my client id number, so I gave her something like '2971', she started to argue with me saying "thats not your account number its too short, i dont know what that number is, look at the top right part of your admin area" I was like "Lady I am!", then she apologized and was like "dang you were with us a long time thats why its so short, i haven't ran into that yet", so she helped me, did a great job.
but its been running slow all week and just now my FTP access is down, cant fucking work right now and im supposed to be launching a clients site by EOD but i cant access my god damn staging area, i might actually have to drop them after 15 or so years if they don't get their shit straight.
