    who will benefit from this,
    Russia? who has been battling abyssal international public opinion
    Ukraine gvnmt: who has been waiting for anything to bomb the ukrainian/russian part of their population (ironic though when some month ago, we chastised the elected president for shooting protesters)

    Nato: they've been silent but waiting for an occasion to deploy their missile defense in ukraine
