I'm a bit torn between the surface pro 3, galaxy note, and the cintiqs.

I like the idea of having a portable desktop with the surface pro where I can archive all my research with the ability to take notes and draw.

With the cintiqs, i'm not sure if it's worth paying extra for the more levels of drawing pressure. With the larger screens, i'll have good real estate for drawing but there's that gap between the tip of the stylus and cursor. Also, they are bulkier.

With the cintiq companion hybrid, i'd get the best drawing experience but at a higher cost for a smaller screen that I'm not sure I can seriously illustrate on.

There's the galaxy note pro where it's the cheapest option, and wondering if I should go the cheap route since non of these items are a must have for me at this moment.

    • can a galaxy note even run photoshop?monospaced
    • Nope, but there's alternatives and lighter photoshop apps on androidpinkfloyd
