Lol @ no more blue screens. I have to use a Windows (Win 7) computer at work because of some Windows only software, and I can assure that blue screens are alive and well. So is the PC running slower the longer it's on, and all the other shit associated with this fuck of an OS.
Build a hackintosh bro, there's nothing to it. I've built 5 or 6 over the years for friends, and two for myself. There's no "hacking" at this point if you do your homework and buy the right components (tons of guides online).
Fuck Windows.
