depends on their science and technology. 200 iq points is a lot, but just how much more advanced are they?
regarding the nazi stuff, do they practice any of these ideals or just worship the figure that carried them out?
and possibly most important, how quickly do they reproduce? we have limited natural resources and their needs could drive our human race to extinction much quicker. but again, refer to the science and technology question.
