If it was me, I would just "meh" the whole thing. Could be a lot more trouble than it's worth to deal with these people. They have far too much time on their hands and can be really bitter and nasty when they're defensive.
I would just send one last email saying "look, please just take it down and there won't be any more trouble"
- Find out who it is first. How much resources someone has if they have to steal work to show for a business?yurimon
