A: Whatever you do, don't post the site here :) Sure, it'll be fun for all us here, but it'll be stuck on the Goog with a trail leading to it, which could end up making things worse in the end.
B: Find out where they're located first and what country they're in. Go to a whois (i.e.: who.is) and check the registered domain and see where they're located. It is possible they're using a fake registered name but showing that it's a designer, I doubt they're doing all that.
C: If you're in the US and they're in the US, then they're fucked. I don't know about other countries. They threatened you as well as stole your work. Really up to you at that point how far you want to take it. You will win whatever the case is.
D: My best guess is they're in Russia, or he's a 13- y/o boy who's doing amazing work in 6th grade, and you're fucked.
