    CS5 has been working for me on yosemite. BUT! once I installed yosemite, I wasn't able to clean-Install CS5. It has to exist on your machine already.

    (i have a laptop and an iMac and hadn't installed CS5 on my laptop yet -- as I was doing a clean install of everything on it. My iMac i just updated)
