    That sounds lovely and supportive of his journallistics capabilities, and obviously fits your narrative, but anyone who was actually old enough to remember TV in the 80s will quickly remember that he was merely a half-arsed sports presenter who did the occasional tidbit on morning TV.

    It's fact-massaging like this that makes the claims of people like yourselves pretty hard to give the time of day to...
