I have to agree with the above...sorry.
If I am going to take advice, or just listen, to someone I first want to see what their credentials are. First is the quality of the work, which here it is not really there, then I'll want to know what "success" is, or what makes them "successful". There are different measurements, from making millions in revenue (not here) or being recognized as a design leader (not here either).
I'd suggest finding some really talented agencies and interviewing them. There are so many great design firms out there, it shouldn't be a challenge to find them.
