- Thanks for asking. So i did some digging. And found out in tanents law, there is no way he can kick me out in 2 month.pango
- So I'm just gonna sit here and wait for him to mail me the notice and use it as evidence he's trying to break the lawpango

- If he is doing everything properly, I probably have half a year before I have to move. But means more money gonna cost him more moneypango
- If hes gonna raise the rent. There is a roughtly 4% cap every year which I'll be fine with.pango
