Half over? How do you know? You could get hit by a car tomorrow. The rest of your life hasn't started yet, make the most of it.
Missed opportunities, regrets? JFC! I'm possibly twice your age, wait until you get to my age. Looking back on some of missed opportunities and regrets I think of many of them as dodging a bullet.
