i've got to do a showreel for the company i work for -- so they can show it a potential big partner.
My heart says they i should use something like squarepusher or aphex -- so i can do loads of choppy edits but i know the boss is going to tell me use something a bit safer.
Got any good suggestions?
What have you wanted to use -- and what has the boss made you use?

dude try some hiphop or something drum based, its more generous to the pace and edits .....and sometimes more original dpnding on the track

slow it down - trip hop. - it's smoother, there's less going on so less to think about when doing visuals.

you can also get slowed down electronica, pretty much reducing it from 120 BPM, typical pop speed to like 90 BPM typical chill-out stuff.
