DIY iron-ons on a HAT?

  hey all,
  quick question:

  anyone know if a DIY inkjet iron-on can be applied to a baseball hat? I've done lots of shirts, but I can't figure out how to 'iron' on to the front of a hat ---- was hoping someone out there had tried this :-)
