Can this be true???
- gruntt0
i would like to think not.

If it is then the last 6 wins over shadows it. They just REALLY hate american cyclist dominating the sport. We used to be the joke of the cycling world.

"Armstrong has denied the claims but Wada president Dick Pound said: 'It's a pretty serious story if it is true.'"
let's be serious here. i think the real story is that there's a guy in the world named "dick pound".
lance armstrong and dick pound. this has all the makings of a gay porno.

doubt it, haters are just pissed that he whipped their @sses like cream the last 8 years.

French paper L'Equipe claimed signs of EPO were found in samples of the seven-time Tour de France winner's urine from the 1999 race.
boys and girls, can you say 'jealousy' and 'stirrin' the sh*t' ten times fast?
- ethios0
why would you shorten your name to dick with a surname like that?!
- gruntt0
LOL @ SCARABIN!!!
- JazX0
Dick Pound is sure d*cking around. He wants to pound armstrong into the ground.

Thumbs up starring dick pound and lance armstrong.

Bloody french! That man is a legend, lets face it he has no need for performance enhancers; a) he is a genetic freak and can produce more power for longer than any other rider. b) he is a complete mentalist when it comes to playing the mind games and destroying the competition's game.
Respect

Dick Pound and WADA are a joke in any case. He is a glory hunting media hound who likes to latch on to any high profile drug case by making comments and hide behind ambiguous 'alledgedly' or 'if it is true' statements.
- ethios0
why does that make his opinion any more valid, i think it would be serious IF it was proved to be true, you see me getting quoted in new articles? nope
- mg330
I like that Indurain is sticking up for him.
I really don't want to think he's guilty of it. I give the guy so much credit for what he's done, he nearly died of cancer and went through horrible recovery.
I would not doubt that there's a conspiracy to accuse him of using EPO. He's finished his career, and now that his legacy is intact, their only choice is to tarnish it however possible.
Bottom line, he is amazing. I really hope it's not true.

(Aug 24 05, 06:50)true dat. also why did it take SO long for this story to come out, and why when he went on to win another six in a row did he pass hundreds of drug tests over the 6 years? it's b.s. to try and shame his name.
shame on you uk that you can't handle an american coming over and kicking your ass so bad.
- ethios0
kOna, thats the tour de FRANCE
- ethios0
lol @ you
- todelete__20
damnit. typing fast. i wanted to say europe but shortened it too much to the north. my bad.
obviously it was the tour duh france. not tour duh uk.
- ethios0
i wish people would fucking drop this europe vs. us bullshit. that is a french governing body, it has nothing to do with the uk.
i'm british and i have so much damn respect for that man if he was american, british, french whatever.
- todelete__20
you're in the minority ethios. you should come here more often. some days there is awesome mud slinging towards the u.s.
