Ok, I have a flash website that has a stage of "766px x 720px". It has a stage that calls different movie clips to show the pages. The whole thing is too large and scrolls in a browser. I want to crop 72px off the top of the 'site'. But if i try to change the movie stage properties it just crops to bottom.
Is there a way to achieve what I'm talking about?

is it the scrollbar thats bothering you?

Yeah, this is for a kiosk and we can't have it scroll. I need to remove some of the 'border' on the flash site at the top. Any ideas?

Oh, I figured it out...Every movie clip was in one movie clip. So i was just able to change the one and they all changed. duh... :P

you can always publish your movie at 100% while using the stage object.
that will get rid of them scrollbars.
put this code at the first frame of your main movie:
Stage.scaleMode = "noScale";
Stage.align = "T";
this.onResize = function() {
updatestageStuff();
};
this.onEnterFrame = function() {
updateStageStuff();
};
Stage.addListener(this);
_global.updateStageStuff = function() {
var sw = Stage.width;
var sh = Stage.height;
bg._width = sw;
bg._height = sh;
};
bg.onResize = function() {
this._x = Stage.width-this._width-50;
this._y = Stage.height-this._height-50;
};
Stage.addListener(controllo);
MovieClip.prototype.move = function(x, y) {
this._x += (x-this._x)/0;
this._y += (y-this._y)/0;
};*the code can be fucked copy/pasting it here..
