I have lots and lots of Creative Reviews at home that I have collected since '97 upto the present day. Does anyone have any good suggestions as to what I can do with them as I don't have the space for them anymore!
I thought about donating it to a college or somewhere but there are LOADS...
Does anyone else have this problem??! Thanks in advance

eBay 'em!
Probably make quite a tidy sum too.
I appreciate donating them would be kind-hearted, but when has that ever funded debauchery?

use a seperate post in the PBS for each issue, too ;P

ebay sounds good - but looking on there right now - theres not much interest unfortunately :(

i too have the same problem, subscribed since I did my foundation, the missus wants more space for shoes so I'm gonna have to bin the lot. I don't think they'll sell on ebay, I reckon I'll offload them at the nearest art college. Anyone got a spare forklift truck I can borrow?

That just means it's a niche market – just 'cause there aren't any on there, doesn't mean people aren't searching for back issues etc.
Just wack them on there with a high reserve price, if they don't sell you've only lost a few quid, and if they do – quids in!*
*That is only my opinion, I do neither recommend, nor endorse doing so.

About every 18 months or so I spend a weekend going through all of that period's literature I've purchased, with a scalpel and a couple of folders - I go through and cut out EVERYTHING I like - adverts, images, articles and file them into said folders. Some of this I'll stick on the wall, otherwise I'll keep it handy to flick through for reference.
Every 4 years or so, I then go through all the previous stuff and check what I still feel as being relevant.
All off-cuts are recycled.

Bin them you sentimental fool!!!
You've probably stole all you needed to steal from them by now, but first count them to see how much money you've wasted on what is quite an average design rag!!:D

Hide them in the loft. Then when your Grandson opens the boxes many many years from now...
He'll have boxes full of crap magazines to get rid of.

Nairn= the most organised cunt on the planet.
I was going to catolgue mine (CR and DW) on a spreadsheet cross sectioning agency/type of project/type of client.
I then got so fucked off with all the space it took up and had no idea how to create the Excel database. Thereofre I binned the lot in a fit of rage

..."what is quite an average design rag!!"
Possibly, but at least it's consistent in it's quality and relatively wide-ranging in its sources (UK, anyway)
Other mags seem to be very much up and down and so many of them seem to piggy back off'a blogs and the internet, I find them a waste of time.
That said, I would appreciate your recommendations as I've stopped buying CR recently too.. (out of laziness than anything else)
- MrMackem0
ill ave em please.

"Nairn= the most organised cunt on the planet." .. lol
God, if only you knew - I am the antithesis of an organized individual (I won't dispute cuntishness).
Still, I'm printing out your quote and forwarding it to friends, family, old colleagues...
