I have worked with both fonts on branding work (not just a logo) and I can safely say the are very far apart in feel as well as voice and look.
Din is industrial, hard edged etc.. Bliss is more friendly

Nice answer Dancer, thanx! What' s your must fonts? I m interesting in Conduit, Chaparral, Bauer Bodoni... I think combination of types are high experiencia working this... serif - sans serif...

When the non-rounded Bliss is set in all caps it looks terrible, not even similar to rest of the family I find.
I was just supplied with a logo/masthead yesterday, set as so, I couldn't figure out what it was until the designer said it was Bliss... I really dig the rounded faces though...
VAG rounded is similar, but more straight-forward and less characteristic...
