flash cursor follows around shape

  ...hope someone can help me out with a problem I am having.

  I need to create a mouse/cursor follower that can navigate it's way around another movie clip on the stage.

  I used to have an fla that did this - but I lost it when my system crashed.

  What I need to is have one movieclip that follows the mouse around the stage but can bounce off another mc in the centre of the stage.

  Anyone know how I can do it - spent a morning going through unlabelled cd's and dredging the search engines... all to no avail :-(
