hell yes!
once it was happening on my pwerbook g4 a minimun of 5 times a day at least...
i thought it might have been bad ram, but no. turns out it was itunes 7 that was causing conflicts. downgraded it to 6. something and never had it again. (weel, at least when i did this after reading some peopst online, everything seemed to go back to normal)
first check your hardware, any recently added ram etc and then your software. restart via the powerbutton gets it up again.
