It (ftp) can be done via the Finder. Just hit Command-K and type in the ftp address you wish to upload to. It will appear as a standard Finder window onto which you can drag and drop.

Im with Transmit! Not only is it pretty cheap but it looks OK and works really well. Never had a problem with it.

Cyberduck is fine

My two cents: I bought Transmit years ago, and it's not worth the money.
- what were you looking for the program to do?
mightyj - wash socksregiste
- It occasionally will only copy about half the files I move. Doesn't give me an error message. I have to double check every time.nb
- ... check every time. So, I guess I'm saying I'd just like it work.nb
- Also, it doesn't have a "total" progress bar. If I'm transferring a large directory, I have to guess how long it will take.nb
- To be fair, I have Transmit 3. But I feel like I wasted my money on 3, so I'm not going to buy version 4.nb
- yeah i'm not a fan of the paid updates myself.mightyj

I'm a FileZilla man, myself.
- It's ugly, but it does what it says on the tin. And it's free.Continuity
- same here. i like the Synchronized Browsing feature. Do any other apps do that?jaylarson
- Ironically, I think DW's built-in FTP client does.Continuity

Bringing up a three year old thread is really taking the timeline issue to a new level.
- Talk to popfodder about that.Continuity
- It's because somebody was asking a questine about it.nb
