Opinions on CrossFit? A new CrossFit Gym opened right here but I'm not sure..

I cycle to work most days, go climbing twice a month and go kitesurfing once a month. (6 hour session = stiff for days)
fuck the gym, it feels like a chore. And builds useless muscles

I cycle to work not most days, but ALL days. Rain or snow. And there's nothing wrong going to the gym, it's a good stress reliever.

- I use it mainly to wick away the sweat, but compressions help with less soreness which i've noticed on my legspinkfloyd

started going to the gym for the first time a couple of weeks ago. i do an hour all-round circuit training, beginning with a run/cycle and ending on the rowing machines. no free weights. digging it so far.
- goal is all-round fitness, strength and gaining muscle weight. 63kg atm, goal is about 68-70kgsine
