How important do you think your actual email address structure is?

Do you think you should have your first and last name in your email address or does it not matter?

Do you think an address like is bad for people trying to find you in their contacts? Does it look professional or would a be better?

An interesting email might be better for marketing, but is gmail better for applying for jobs or giving your email over the phone?

Doesn't your name usually appear instead?

im always a fan of .. seems more 'professional' to me actually. i guess with bigger companies with multiple 'john' addresses it would need a last name at which point, i would just lose touch with those people and never email them again to save myself from the added stress.

use your name. the shorter the better for typing, last names are more formal, first names more casual. Pick based on how you want to be perceived.

info@ contact@ these should be aliases to who ever is in charge of inbound leads. That way if anybody ever moves on, you can just update the forwarding.
