This is probably more for the Chinese people on here but has anyone had any experience with http://www.hightonebook.com?

I had a print buyer I worked with got to them with a project.
To be honest, you get what you pay for, it's from China where the labor is cheap and the materials are inexpensive. In the end we had a book you could distribute to bookstores, but after a year on the shelf the cover and binding starting to fall apart.
Most publishers want something heavy and hard cover, regardless of the content in the book. If that's what you want go to Hightone Books. If you want something of quality, I would print in Germany.
