I've used a bunch of different methods in the past to track time and project management from basecamp to simple spreadsheets. It basically changes from agency to agency, job to job. But, if you guys had to choose from the ground up, what tracking method would you rather? Is there anything about what you're currently using that pisses you off?

plan your time then work the plan. its WAAAYYYYY better than tracking time ad-hoc. you can always move things around as you know whats needed/promised in the future and also know what can be bumped to add in new stuff.
- I prefer this method, trust my estimates, solid SOWs and change orders for overages. But for an in house white label team that may not work.shellie
