    Um, I'm no expert, but this will help...

    Start running. Endurance is the most important thing, above hitting harder or moving fast. Build up your endurance.

    Shadow-box with some 5,8, and 10lb weights. It's best to work in front of a mirror. It will help you get the proper motion for punches down, and the weights will aid in the conservation of momentum, as well as making you punch stronger. I've worked up to 20 pound dumbells for each hand.

    Get a punching bag. That's common sense. Practice moving in circles around it, punching at least once a quarter.

    Jump-rope, string tied to ankles, tire courses will all help with co-ordination.
