Part of this is because I am in a bad mood already...
1. NO reason for a popup window. Put that shit in the main window.
2. there is almost no content and what little there is has been squished together.
3. the link conventions seem to be haphazard. the main nave is light brown/dark drown... the text links are orange with a brown background and the logo is white/pink. Maybe try to make the links all the same color so that an idiot wouldn't get confused.

Anyways... some of this probably can't be changed but some of it definitely can and should.
