used to work in an office similar to what brandelec said.
our "cubicles" were pretty big. big opening and the drywalls were cut halfway. so when you're standing you can see everything. but when you're sitting down you can't see anybody and nobody can see you. i love it because those halfway drywalls were painted to match the floor. no uniform grey cubicle like i have right now.
