as much as i love open plan offices..... sometimes i wish i had my own space. the fact that i can hear everyone on the phone, and someone can just look over at me and ask me things or start talking is VERY counter productive.
my old work had about 4 feet high walls for offices. you could stand and see everyone, but when you were sitting it was more private. i liked that alot.
