And if you want to get really complicated...
You can also make a 'Custom ISO Hybrid' on the Mac (Toast)... so the Mac users see one set of files (and arrangement), and the Windows users see a different set. (It's effectively 2 volumes on one disc)
Media files such as JPEG can be shared between the 2 volumes to save space, so you can have say 600MB of JPEG files, while the PC and Mac users see only the files you want them to see...
It's all explained in the ReadMe's that come with Toast..
