considering the time period of the photo, my sherlock holmes sluething skills point me to a mad splooger common during the late 80s. A young nameless boy of the perverted kind would spy his target, and silently but quickly squirt his jizz bombs on unsuspecting mothers busy basking in the warm sun. Not often, but also known to happen, a young child may be a target of mishap. Perhaps sitting up unexpectedly, tripping, or other child shenanigans. In this instance, this woman was tanning her leathery back, and her grandson was hidden behind her. When the "perp" struck, she yelpped, and the young wipper-snapper sat up instantly getting a chin full of the man juice.
