change your mindest about smoking...
it took me many tries to end smoking, but it was also the fact that i kept my environment the same and constant that held me back...
a friend of mine came up with a mental statement to myself to make and i feel it worked for me.
the thing to say and to do is to [STOP] not [QUIT]
the difference is quiters always fail. they always count the days and put a time stamp on the day they quit, allowing for a return day to end the originial timestamp.now if you [STOP] and just say you stoped, and dont count the days, dont remember the month, just [STOP] and its done like you never smoked in the first place.
when people ask if you smoke, just say no, i dont smoke.
[DONT SAY I QUIT 4 MONTHS 3 DAYS AND 44 SECONDS AGO] if you do this you are setting yourself up to fail.
[STOP SMOKING NOW] and just dont go back.
i smoked ciggs at 4packs per day, i needed to make this change a priority in my life, and i did.
i dont smoke. almost like i never did. not counting the days or time. it doesnt matter that much. it is done.
do this for yourself!!!
good luck and congrats!!
