when i wake up in the morning i brush only.
hit the gym.
come home and eat. then i brush and floss.
then, the other 5x i eat durning the day i usually brush and floss after those meals too.
i saw my dentist last year after 3 years of not going. he said my teeth were cleaner than most of his patients who come in every 3 months. haha.
i flossed once after like a week of not doing it and a hole chicken leg bone fell out of my mouth. i highly recommend flossing.
