    I would just do each page or flat surface individually, then 'lightly' spray mount it and splice it together with some clear tape – so the folds don't ripple the pages and make a mess of the adhered pages

    I just recently had to comp a 12 page brochure by trimming each page down and sandwiching the whole thing together with spray mount (our duplexing was way off and the bleeds had to be accurate)... it's a pain in the ass, but if you've got a steady hand it should come out OK

    and clients should cut some slack for a comp... I mean with tape etc.

    or if you're really stuck, hit up a Kinkos (or equivalent) and have them produce the sheets front-to-back
