Before I came to my company they used to buy birthday cards for people from Paperchase. This is a design studio we're talking about.
I changed all that. Now I've made it my job to design the card specifically for the person who's birthday it is. That way we can make in-jokes and make it more personal. It might be a small thing but birthdays in our studio are always good fun. We'll carry on making funny cards and writing insults in them, that's the way it should always be.
