ack .. makos is good if your a moron. It is the staple "crazy party" club. But, in reality it just attracts a bunch of drunk guys not chicks. Try hitting up latitudes (which is a bar on the roof of two attached bars), antigua ( dance club ...lots of chicks.. dumb chicks), or Spy Bar ( hipsters dancing the white people dance).
Truth be told, just go downtown and look around until you find something you like. Very fun city.
