It is a great letter if you want to be know as a A-Hole! It's easy to slag someone off, but as they say "Less is more!"
As some of the guys have said here, you have the account, just walk away with your head held high and make your new agency nothing like theirs!
Slag the company off to 'your' friends if that's what you need to do, as that's what friends are for!
Other that that.....I'd put your energy into your website ;o)
