you guys.
first of all, sureshot, that pic is of babyback ribs that were smoked.
not spare ribs done on a spear.
the first pic looked gross like it came out of microwave and was slathered in sauce.
ribs are smoked are a joke prepared any other way.
i've smoked over 200 racks of ribs this year so i am the NT authority on ribs.
i compete on a BBQ team and it's hell a fun.
we came in 25th out of 110 teams at our last event.

come to the south if you want to eat ribs. ;)
