"Take the tragic story of Lupe Valez.
Valez was a nominal actress whose biggest role was in a series of "Mexican Spitfire" films in the 1940s. She also was famous for dating the famous and actually spent several years as the real life Jane to former film Tarzan Johnny Weissmuller.
But the actress eventually grew disillusioned with Hollywood and decided to commit suicide. One evening, she made sure her hair and makeup were perfect, put on her nicest silk nightgown, downed a bottle of Secanol and positioned herself for eternal sleep. At some point, however, the drugs apparently had an unexpected adverse affect and Valez was awakened by a nausea that sent her running toward the bathroom.
Officials believe in her rush, Valez slipped on her bathroom rug. During her fall, her head hit the toilet and rendered her unconscious. She landed with her head in the toilet and drowned. "
