oh if its original powers then spiderman wins in a few seconds...maybe even less than that...
wolverine never had the Adamantium in him ...originally, plus he never had any fighting skills either, spider-man can lift TONS!! and he can fight due to the elasticity of his muscles he can even take a punch from the HULK!! which has been shown and done in the books quite a few times...which is good since wolverine can only win the hulk if he has his adamantium which can cut thru the hulks dense skin.
also all spidey would need to do is disconnect the head from the body or the spinal cord from the brain...easy!!
